It’s truly disappointing. I’ve been a loyal customer of this Tim Hortons for days now, and I’ve always ordered a double-toasted bagel with my morning coffee. However, over the past two days, I’ve noticed that the Indian girl who makes the sandwiches has been neglecting to follow my instructions. The manager is incredibly kind. I kindly request her to take care of this issue and ensure that my bagels are made to my specifications in the future. Thank you
