This tim hortons decides to remove from the menu classic items like the vanilla dip donut / glacé a la vanille, it is ridiculous that we need to go a longer distance to be able to access a tim hortons that has a complete menu. Plus you always get from the team a " we don't serve that here" / " on n a pas ça ici" or it is discontinued when clearly products are available in other tim hortons.

I never recommend anyone to come here . The overall service is too bad and the receptionist guy is too much uncultured and his behaviour is too bad to come back again here. Totally make me disappointed and disturbed. The manager should take actions in terms of dealing with customers. Service is too bad

Bring Sarah back. She was an exemplary and beautiful employee, and everything was fine. You don't hire good employees like her anymore.
