Extremely disappointed with the service here lately. For two visits in a row, the portions have been tiny—the potato wedges were barely half a serving. When I brought it up, the staff was defensive rather than helpful. I asked for a manager, but they were "unavailable." The supervisor eventually took my food back, only to return it with a piece of dried-out chicken that was inedible because they ran out of wedges. To top it off, my coffee was made incorrectly. Between the bad food and the poor attitude, I won’t be returning.

Stopped by Tim Hortons and had a great experience. The sandwich was fresh and flavorful, the coffee was smooth, and the service was quick and very friendly. A must try!

No words can express how amazing this Tim Horton’s is. From food, to atmosphere, to service. One good thing that defers it from other Tim’s is probably how organized it is. I highly recommend going there, you won’t regret it.
