I had a really great experience at Tim Hortons thanks to Prabhjot Kaur. She was very friendly, polite, and professional throughout. Her positive attitude and warm smile made the visit even better. She handled everything quickly and efficiently while making sure customers felt welcomed and comfortable. It’s always nice to see someone who truly cares about customer service. Keep up the amazing work, Prabhjot — you’re doing a fantastic job!

Whenever I go there's always people but I always find a place to sit if I choose to and I don't know if Tim Hortons fixed it but I like the convenience of mobile ordering but if you do that you have to pay cash like it would be nice if you can order on the app and pay the order in person

They burnt my entire bagel and didn’t even bother to redo it. And it’s not the first time. I also ordered a hash brown with this bagel and instead of putting it in a bag, they through it at the bottom of the bag loose. I went through the drive thru and the service was terrible. The employee gave me attitude and got mad because I was too far from the window after I told her I would adjust my car. Terrible
