I go to this tims everyday to grab coffees for my employees not once are they not rude you ask something on the menu they have no idea what there serving , the tiny girl wearing glasses has to be the most rude person Ive seen and always smirks to piss people off , just put the cruler in the bag or go home

This evening I been in saint Laurent Tim Hortons with my friend for a coffee.it was delicious.here is a girl simran she is very polite and humble to Tim customer . And of the we thanks for good service.

Worst costumer service I ever experienced in Tim’s, today I have to ask 3 times for a croissant she replied “croissant” and something I couldn’t understand, but was not French and not even English. At the end she was very rude and said “I been told you I have!!” Question for the owner! How I’m supposed know she has if she not even speak English or French? And she gets mad at the end!. The worst Tim’s experience! I know, most people we are immigrants, however if you work in costumer services at least good actitud will be nice, but not even that in this Tim’s.

Today is 5/mar/26 at 12:00 am i order steep tea from the touch screen on the right side of restaurant but the guy who working thier give me cold coffee and when i ask him that’s not my order he said you order that and we don’t have steep tea .i 100% sure i ordered right one . Thats very unprofessional give some training to that guy .

I always go to this place and never had a problem. They are one of the fastest drive thru out there but today I ordered a turkey bacon club and there was no turkey in sandwich. A little disappointed but it happens sometimes.
I visit this Tim Hortons almost every day, and unfortunately my experience with customer service is often disappointing. The staff frequently come across as rude, and when ordering from the drive-thru, there are times when I have to repeat myself or even raise my voice just to be heard. Orders are also sometimes mixed up. This morning was especially frustrating. I ordered a small hot cappuccino, and it took about five minutes just for the employee to understand my order. When I reached the window to receive my drink, the cappuccino was in very poor condition — the foam was overflowing all over the lid and the cup looked very messy. It honestly looked unpleasant. I politely asked if I could have the cup changed, but the employee seemed annoyed and told me to park and wait. I explained that I was already running late and that I had used the drive-thru for that reason. Instead, she simply wiped the foam off the lid with a tissue and handed me the same cup. On top of that, the coffee itself tasted very bad, which is unusual and not what I expect from Tim Hortons. Overall, this experience was not acceptable. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that both the quality of service and drinks can improve. Thank you.

Every day around 23h00 the staff change is causing delay(from 10 to 20min!) in order taking because the staff is ALWAYS late. The person baking in the back is not able to use the paiement machine. They installed a screen so you can make and pay your own order for them to do but the person baking is refusing to even make a coffee saying she dosen't know how. After multiple headbuts me and some of my colleges have decided to not go there anymore. Bad customer service and lack of training for the employee.
