Each time I order food from the drive-through, I am instructed to proceed to the side of the curve, even when ordering a single item. This practice, in my opinion, is intended to avoid a line in front of the window and demonstrate the restaurant’s efficiency. However, it creates a line and a side of the restaurant when the only action required is to toast a bagel or similar item. When I suggest that I will remain at the window, I am met with a disapproving look. The process of obtaining a bagel takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes.

This has to be the worse Tims I have seen nationally. The amount of time we have to wait before being answered and served in a EMPTY drive through is ridiculous! This feedback is based on 50+ drive through orders.

Everytime i order on the drive through, i am told to drive around the corner and wait for my order from the back door. I can understand if there was several cars waiting behind but it happens on every order. From a single coffee to multiple coffees. Not sure if they have some time to serve target but I have never gotten my order from the drive through window. Always from the back door. This is super annoying.
