The lady at the drive thru taking might teach you a leason if you dare to change your mind. And might tell you how you should order and because she is allowed get confused but you are still not allowed to change your order. She has an attitude problem and might sound disrespectful at times. I placed order at 20h00 May 21, 2026. Whoever she was needed to be learn how to be patient, need more training.

Not suppose to have mold in the eggs i thought it was just the other one in this town but its both the Tims that are serving bad food, made a detour to go to a different place just to get scamed again by people serving expired food check your eggs the bad ones float if put in water ! The camera correct the image a bit so i added a second angle

Bonjour Karine, désolé pour cette mauvaise experience. Tous nos oeufs sont fraichement preparés à la demande (fraichement cassés). Pour avoir une idée on passe 350 oeufs dans le rush du matin, et ils sont conservés au chaud moins d'une heure. Peut etre la chaleur qui donne legerement l'aspect oxydé sur le jaune d'oeuf, mais il y a pas de moisissure comme vous le decrivez dans votre message. Vous pouvez retourner au Tim et nous vous rembourssons avec plaisir. Merci de votre confiance dans la marque Tim Hortons. Bonne journée!

Horrible worker cussing behind our back and charging too much and have no respect.They did not give what we asked for .And they served others right, and us in the disrespectful way .They were looking us in the way of racism .And we payed for a sandwich and 2 brownies, and they gave us a sandwich and 1 brownie , and did not give us the money they took.She even before gave the sandwich and took it away from us and said I didn't take it.They started to curse at us in their language. I have arrived between 7:30pm to 8:30pm.

First of I'm a long time timmi customer, but this place has now turned into a dumpster fire, customer service is at rock bottom, when Linda is there it's Oki now she's not and nobody in there wants to work! If they can move any slower they would go backwards They finaly got back on the mobile app after renovation. Yeeeeah no more waiting for coffee 😊
