Men's bathroom is dirty. No toilet paper and urinals were out of order.
Disgusting service and very slow
Great place but the toilet is broken since months, always lines to go to the bathroom management should get this fixed ASAP
Horrible worker cussing behind our back and charging too much and have no respect.They did not give what we asked for .And they served others right, and us in the disrespectful way .They were looking us in the way of racism .And we payed for a sandwich and 2 brownies, and they gave us a sandwich and 1 brownie , and did not give us the money they took.She even before gave the sandwich and took it away from us and said I didn't take it.They started to curse at us in their language. I have arrived between 7:30pm to 8:30pm.
Waited 10 mins for in line service for one coffee as all of their attention is for drive thru
First of I'm a long time timmi customer, but this place has now turned into a dumpster fire, customer service is at rock bottom, when Linda is there it's Oki now she's not and nobody in there wants to work! If they can move any slower they would go backwards They finaly got back on the mobile app after renovation. Yeeeeah no more waiting for coffee 😊
