Staff don't do their job correctly and stop service early. This location closes at 10 pm, and when I got there at 9:40 pm, they wouldn't let me in, motioning an "X" shape with their arms to communicate that they were "closed".

the cold brew i ordered was straight milk with no hint of coffee ( undrinkable) and staff were also very unfriendly and unhelpful. I had to bag my own items

Absolutely nasty. They dropped my cup on the floor in front of me, picked it up right away and serviced my drink in it. I asked right away on reflex if they were serving my coffee in it and they said no. A few seconds later i see them sheepishly smiling at each other. That and one of the employees was caughing all over the place including on the machines and their hands and didnt wash their hands at any point. Just very unsanitary. But you dont need my money.
