I am updating my 2 stars to 1 star, I went back after months, remember this is the closest Tim Hortons to me, all I wanted was two bagels and 1 drink. The second I entered the Tim Hortons, they burned something the whole place smokey, I was like it's a quick order I'll be out, they took the order and I am there waiting for a simple bagel with no special demands. 3 costumers that have ordered pizzas, coffees with specific demand corrected, they all had their highly extensive orders made also with several mistakes. I reminded them of my bagel I am already waiting for 15min, with zero urgency they gave me my wrong order, I ask them to correct it, they gave it to me on the wrong bagel. I do not need this stress, my breaks from work are already only 15min! And they took 20min for the world's simplest order that only required the use of a toaster and full staffed 4 people on the floor. This would be just an annoying trip at Tim Hortons but too many factors including late break from work, not to mention starving because I was taking care of sick family members all morning. There needs to accountability for poor management, the staff is there, there was no rush inside, drive through was okay. There is no excuse for just bad service like this. No apologies for wastw of time just cold bagels poorly made by someone who can't tell which bagel is which

Worst service I ordered slow cooked chicken wrap and potato wedges and I got fried chicken wrap and cold potato wedges.

Service provider exceeded expectations! Despite the language barrier. Everyone was patient, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I was understood and satisfied. Great service!

A little cheap ...No napkins anywhere...You have to ask for them.

Its 8:15 pm 21 January 2026 They closed door 45 minutes before closing time . Management plz check your system why they closed before time

Just horrible service. Tres mauvais service. They forget you and your food on the counter like they dont care at all.

Worst food...dry sea salt veggies without any catchup....she said we have not any catchup....staff shortage...waiting long time
