Its my worst experience. Its takes too much time to prepare order and service. I never suggest to others . And on drive thru they not hear properly and take order .

Horrible staff, can’t understand anything we’re asking for, bill showed I had missing items, lady said she’s not able to give me the rest because the staff is overwhelmed,
I ordered an drink and fries and 7 people were behind me they all got their orders before me I waited almost 20 minutes what is this service they take anybody to work these days at least they should’ve asked me what was my order again cause I was the only one waiting …they brought my fries and forgot my drink and the drink was not good at all imagine waiting 20 minutes to have a horrible drink
Ordered a wrap NO TOMATOES cause my boyfriend is allergic, and guess what BOOM tomatoes, we’ve been going there 2-3 times and every single times they fail to make a wrap with no tomatoes, very disappointed, Tims is becoming a place where basic French and english isn’t understood, 😒
10 months later same staff same problem, allergic to tomatoes still, and guess what again, TOMATOES in my wrap this is pathetic, it’s not even just this time it’s every tim im tired of making sure I ask for no tomatoes and getting tomatoes, unbelievable Asked for a ranch wrap with NO TOMATOES because I’m allergic. Guess what, there’s tomatoes in them. Make sure to double check before eating at this tim if you have allergies.
The food might be good like most Tim Horton's. Customer service is out the door at most Tim Horton 's. This Tim's, my food was given to me and no thank you, just door shut in my face at the drive threw.. going on to the next customer.....I believe it's a two way street....we give u service to make ur business run...u must thank us in return with great customer service... Tim's must retrain all their staff, to give better customer service, what does it take to take a moment to say thank you.
