Drive thru, they have you go wait at the side because they are slow and cars are timed when in the drive thru. 3 cars waiting on the side ?! How is that normal. And rude

I scanned my app and they did not give me my points, rip off timhortons, I even lost my rolls!

The Black Woman employee is rude and snobbish, I ask her to make a mix 12 donut box case in English and then a little bit in French, She understood well but wanted to serve what donuts she choose to serve me not what I want and ignore what set of donuts I was pointing out from behind the counter for her to put in the box and just like most Timmies there is bees buzzing around the donut holding shelf and thankfully no roaches or rats, There's only two employees serving customers and there's plenty customers and they don't have enough time to serve everyone quick, This Tims need more staff and better customer friendly corporative attitude set of staff.
