The worst experience ever had The restaurant was open 22 min late The cashier was rude to the maximum Ordered a dark roast and a cheese croissant and it was stale i asked the cashier to change it She threw it in my face twice 7545 Bd Maurice-Duplessis Montréal, QC H1E 7N2 Dont go there

Service is really slow!!!!! workers walks very slowly, prepping the stuffs so slow with no energy. Making customer waiting a long time. Only positive point is this tim is renovated.

Tim's on Maurice-Duplessis donuts are crap. I purchased a dozen that appeared fresh, but I was so wrong. Had to throw them in the trash. They produce so many that they just dry out throughout the day. They need better control of their product. Very disappointed customer!

Drive thru, they have you go wait at the side because they are slow and cars are timed when in the drive thru. 3 cars waiting on the side ?! How is that normal. And rude

The Black Woman employee is rude and snobbish, I ask her to make a mix 12 donut box case in English and then a little bit in French, She understood well but wanted to serve what donuts she choose to serve me not what I want and ignore what set of donuts I was pointing out from behind the counter for her to put in the box and just like most Timmies there is bees buzzing around the donut holding shelf and thankfully no roaches or rats, There's only two employees serving customers and there's plenty customers and they don't have enough time to serve everyone quick, This Tims need more staff and better customer friendly corporative attitude set of staff.
