Everything about this Tim Hortons was genuinely great at first. Service was super quick, the lady at the counter was friendly and welcoming, and my mobile order was handed to me right away with no confusion or waiting around. The food was also exactly how you’d hope. It was fresh, hot, and clearly just made, not something that had been sitting there. Overall, it felt like a smooth and easy stop and the kind of experience that would normally keep me coming back. However, our visit was completely ruined by an older French woman working there. She was absolutely rude and downright mean, and honestly should not be working in customer service if that is how she treats people. When we finished eating, we decided to be polite and clean up after ourselves. We wiped down the table, pushed in our chairs, and brought our garbage to the trash. The second we got to the garbage, she snapped “UM EXCUSE ME?” in an extremely rude tone. I genuinely thought it was an angry customer at first, not an employee. Then she yelled, “WHAT ARE YOU DOING THERE?????” and angrily took our stuff out of the garbage, tossing it around while huffing and acting furious. It was unbelievably unprofessional. I was completely speechless and honestly disgusted by how we were treated for doing something considerate. Because of that interaction, I do not want to give my money to this Tim Hortons franchise again. And trust me, I am at Tim Hortons daily, so it takes a lot for me to say that. Management seriously needs to address this and give her additional training on basic politeness and customer service.

I ordered a small latte and a bagel with cream cheese, but I was given a large latte instead. The bagel had almost no cream cheese and also contained an unpleasant substance inside that made it inedible. This was very disappointing and not what I expected. I hope you improve your quality control and order accuracy.
