Hello good evening, I am writing for the first time hoping to receive an answer as to when Tim Hortons will reopen after the incident, thx.

Fast service no complaints although March 4 they were closed. I feel like they should’ve put a garbage bin of some sort in front of either the drive-through to let others know that they were closed

My order was ALL wrong. I ordered «tartelette à la crème pâtissière » she gave me « tartelette au beurre et pacanes » I’m allergic to pecans. Then I asked a bagel with butter, they gave me a bagel with cream cheese. I asked for an eggs and cheese breakfast sandwich on an English muffin (Tim matin). And this woman told me I asked her for beef sandwich when I never mentioned the word beef at all because I am vegetarian. The only thing that were right was the cheese croissant but they tasted like cardboard. I would not recommend that Tim Hortons. They don’t listen to your order while they rush you to take it and then you pay for things that you can’t eat. Plus they have the audacity to have a bit of attitude when they are the ones in the wrong.

Excellent customer service. The staff is hardworking, friendly (specially Renu) she always greets customers with smile. Even when it's busy they manage orders efficiently. Highly recommend....

I love this Tims but please enable mobile ordering on the app (you’re the only Tims in Mtl that disables it), and then I’ll change my review.
