Worst Tim Hortons ever! Employees always talking with each other making customers wait for too long… and make mistakes on orders, the guy who made my coffee gave it to the wrong person (he was talking to someone) and didn’t even say aloud what drink he was handing , the person who took my coffee got out with the coffee then came back saying she ordered hot chocolate. He didn’t even make me another coffee he said the lady didn’t touch/drink from the coffee and i said make me another one because u gave it to someone else, and he refused?!! Save yourself the money or at least go the mcdonalds or tims at pie-ix to kill the craving (its not too far). It’s not the 1st time this sort of stuffs happens at this tim hortons. I just threw 5 bucks to the trash…
