The security guy outside is acting way more than a real cop and being aggressive, asked me why I'm taking pictures with my phone while I was outside. Then told me that he thought I was a homeless he knew... Yeah sure that has the same car I just parked Plus he gave two fake tickets to people inside the restaurant. I also told the manager about it actually we were two and she was very comprehensive and went to talk to him right away. And I hope not to have to live that experience again before even getting out of my car next time.

First visit was fine but i had to go back because my iced capp was made incorrectly, but when i went back i’d said that it looked like it was made with cream and tasted like cream and she argued back saying that she’d made it with milk. I understood that but i didn’t see her make it, and i’m lactose intolerant but don’t react the same to milk as i do to cream. We told her specifically that it was a hospital visit if it was cream and she had the audacity to say “If it was made with cream you can come back and sue me” and said she’d make it with more milk but even with the extra milk it wad darker than the original drink she gave me. I was perfectly fine until she 1, argued back, and 2, in response to me saying it was a hospital visit she said i could go back and sue her??? Nothing has shocked me and angered me more than her saying that.

The food and service here is soooo Gud and the people here so polite especially that girl Arsh .. also this is the cleanest Tim Hortons I ever seen..

We stopped here on our way to Toronto to grab a coffee, and I have to say this is easily one of the best Tim Hortons locations I’ve visited in Montreal. The crew was outstanding—welcoming us with genuine smiles and making sure every order was accurate, even for a group. What really stood out, though, was the cleanliness. The entire place was spotless from top to bottom. The dining area was well-maintained, tables were clean, and everything felt fresh and organized. Even the washroom was impressively clean, which says a lot about the level of care taken here. Hats off to the manager and the whole team for clearly taking pride in keeping this location in such excellent condition. It made the stop that much more enjoyable. I'll be coming back to say Hi to everyone again :)
