It's very disappointing to encourage a customer and then have them make a delivery at a significantly lower external rate. I was a good customer, but let's just say I'll check elsewhere because they pay me more... and I'll be recognized as a good, regular customer... With the price of gas these days, it's a joke, and a blatant example of commercial exploitation!
