I am not one to make a review...but I really had to this time... As soon as I get to drive-through, I was rushed and told to be ready at the window with my payment method. I didn't think much of it but after coming here for years I found it odd all of a sudden I'm being told to be ready to pay at the window. As I get there, there was no "hi"/"good morning", etc, I was served with the debit machine to my face and I politely declined so that I can have my points card scanned first. They scan it, again in a rush, and I was shown the machine again. I tap my debit card and grab my sandwich. As I'm putting away my debit card back into my wallet, I asked the employee "what's going on? what is all the rush for?" As she's trying to explain to me that there's a "synchronization"...as if I'm supposed to know what that means....two other employees advance to the window and the man yells out "lady you have to advance now!" I was genuinely shocked and simply replied I was just asking what this "synchronization" means and he proceeds on yelling again for me to leave. I already gave them the benefit of a doubt despite always having mistakes made to my orders for years and the actual place always being disgusting and dirty. Always Fresh, Never Tim Hortons! I understand the world runs on numbers I really do... but after this experience, I have no interest in giving any more of my hard working money to somewhere that cares about numbers over clientele in the moment.

They’ve reopened on Feb 28th and the service is really great. Their manager and workers were really helpful for the issue I’ve experienced with the Couche Tard Tim Horton’s and their awful service. Great place and nice new design.
