I ordered a wrap and the person that made it gave me one of everything, the chicken was small, there one piece of tomato and the letuce was disgusting, i asked if i can get my money back since they did an awful job, but he said no. Side not that tim horton smells horrid. Dont buy from there

I’d give 0 stars if that was possible. I never got my coffee or food. I’ve always done mobile app orders. I was in a tight time frame and was already waiting 20-30 mins. The wraps were getting burnt constantly. I don’t recommend coming here. I was ignored and left money at a place without getting my order.

I wish I could give zero stars. The drive-through service was horrible. There were four of us in the car placing one order, and the employee kept rushing us, repeatedly saying “that’s all” before we were finished. When it came time to pay, we asked her to repeat our order and she couldn’t even do that. She had a bad attitude and ended up forgetting one of our drinks. This was honestly the worst service I’ve experienced here. If someone doesn’t like their job, they shouldn’t take it out on customers they should just leave. Very disappointing
