I ordered a churro caramel ice cap but there was not caramel on top and although it was added on as the smallest drizzle possible, there was no churros added. I asked and was told it's inside I thought that maybe they made it differently and added at the bottom but there was none unfortunately. If I want a plain simple ice cap, I would order that and not pay more for flavoured ice caps.

April 1st, 2026 around 6:56 AM. I had a mobile order and when I arrived, three orders were already ready in front of the employee. Instead of simply reading the names, she looked at me and asked if I was “Fatima.” I said no and waited, assuming my order wasn’t ready. After several minutes, I had to ask another male if my order is being prepared, I found out my order had been sitting there the entire time right in front of her. Out of 2 names visible, she chose to guess instead of doing her job properly. Her explanation? “I thought you were a Fatima.” That kind of assumption doesn’t come out of nowhere. It reflects bias, whether intentional or not. My name was clearly listed, yet I was singled out based on appearance instead of being treated like any other customer.Train your staff to verify names instead of making assumptions. This just pissed me off, I knew I should of went to McDonald’s.

Hi, today i gave the ordered to women of ice latte and she gave me double instead of ice latte and when i told my order again to her she spoke me very badly in French .In my whole life i never seen lady like that. I fell very dissatisfied with their service.
