Worst customer service. Last time at the drive thru, they forgot to put a tea bag in my cup. They basically gave me a hot cup of water and I only noticed when I got to work. This time I went inside and they forgot to make my wrap. This was a convenient location for me on my way to work, but I’m going to start making a detour and go somewhere else.

Very rude worker. The skinny guy with glasses and and beard taking front desk order. Date 18th Feb 2025 at 8 am. I was using my showing order on my phone, he tried to touch my phone. I said I do not want you to touch my private phone. He gets mad and refuse to take my order.

Not impressed with this coffee shop. The old guy with glasses is super rude and doesn't even bother making orders correctly. Does things his way, not yours. Won't be back.Warning: The guy with glasses needs a serious customer service refresher! Not the first time he's been rude, and definitely won't be the last if nothing's done. TH team, please address this ASAP!

I try to avoid this Tim when possible, even if it means driving further to a different one. There were many cars at the drive-through but the service was quick. There is always something wrong with the order. Either a missing item or poorly prepared food. Today there was just a bit of sauce at the bottom of the farmer's wrap and the sausage Tims had bits of eggs shells in them.
