“I always have a great experience at this Tim Hortons. The staff is very friendly and the manager is amazing — always helpful and respectful. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming. This is definitely my go-to place.”

It's usually one of the Tim Hortons with the best service, but today I placed a mobile order at 6:30 (for immediate preparation). I arrived at the restaurant and announced my order; they told me I had to wait until the line was over. I waited half an hour to be served.

I had a bad experience today. Manager refused me to finish my coffee over another customer getting me in trouble for his own disturbance came to my side of the restaurant to intimidate me by both the Customer and The manager, I ask for his firing at The location on 4636 Samson in Laval Also asking for a restraining order against this Manager who had the intentions to assault me This is not okay for a manager to physically take my un finished Coffee took it away in front of everyone was caught on camera in my section where I was sitting

WORST Tim's around. I go to this one often. Barely any cream cheese in the bagel EVERY TIME, it's laughable. Jelly in the donut? One little drop. SUPER cheap and stingy.

I have been visiting the Tim Hortons on Boulevard Samson in Laval for over 10 years, and unfortunately the cleanliness has consistently been disappointing and never chenged anything ,The handicap-accessible door has not worked for years, and the entrance is often very dirty. The overall hygiene of the store is not up to standard, and it makes the experience uncomfortable. I really hope management takes this seriously and improves the cleanliness and accessibility of this location. Stop sending the same copy paste reply for every one im not suppose to communicated with any one just do your work of cleaning and thats it
