Very very very slow drive-through service For a sunday afternoon at 4:30 pm . I was shocked when I saw a car waiting for two pizza boxes. The stuff is unexperienced and even not apologizing for the late

Came Sunday May 10 at 11:28 at the drive through. This staff needs serious training. This is by far the worse Tim Hortons. Do the detour and do not come here. I waited 25 minutes for an order of a bagel and iced Tim….. I’ll add that the bagel was hard like a rock and dry with frozen bits…. Will never come back

Their French Vanilla always tastes like water and sometimes its not even well blended. You’re paying for caffeinated water instead of coffee. The staff there looks dead, no greetings, no smile. Will definitely drive further to get a better service and better quality coffee

Zero stars if I could also. This won’t change if people go here but I’ve never seen 2 ladies HATE working at a Tim Horton’s this much. Rude with customers, rude with each other, nastiest mannerism mainly the older lady who doesn’t speak French (or pretends she doesn’t). 1) Be grateful you have a job. 2) Be courteous at all times (but don’t accept disrespect. 3) Find ANOTHER JOB, ideally NOT CUSTOMER FACING. Seems like you forgot (or didn’t get) any training. Customers don’t deserve to be treated like this. We just want a smile and our coffee. You’re not present for free you ARE getting paid. I’ll be prepared next time 😉.

I don't expect you to hire scholars, nor do I expect you to hire fluent bilinguals, but atleast someone fluent in one of them and who doesn't argue over a simple medium coffee order like its rocket science. Whoever owns this franchise needs a serious reality check. And to the lady at the service window, go work in a warehouse or factory if you can't handle CUSTOMER SERVICE where you need to learn basic communication skills.

Very dirty store that smells terrible, I went on Friday with my friends to have coffee and the store smells terrible the garbage was all over the place dirty tables , dirty floor

Honestly, I have to say the food here just doesn't seem to be very fresh. I wouldn't personally recommend going there. This isn't the first time we've unfortunately had bad food here.

I ordered tea, they served it cold, and when I wanted to change it, the woman working there rudely said, "This isn't a house," and changed it for me.

i start my day by having a coffee and eveymorning i pass my drive thru the staffs are so nice specially the one in the window she is so nice and always with smile they have fast service as well i really recomend this timhirton thank you.

Great place for a quick coffee ,Donuts,sandwiches .The staff was friendly, service was fast, and my coffee tasted fresh. The staff was very polite and welcoming. Made my morning better 😊 Definitely coming back. ☕️👍

I ordered a BELT breakfast sandwich at the drive thru and I was surprised to find only an egg inside a bagel .. such a waste of money. The breakfast wrap was lacking sauce and everything was just bland . Worst Tim's in that area
