I had a very upsetting experience at this Tim Hortons late at night, last Friday (around 10–11 PM). I am currently pregnant and my phone had completely died. I live about 30 minutes away and had no way to contact my husband to pick me up. I waited in line hoping the employee working could help me. While I was waiting, she was looking at me in a very unwelcoming way. When I finally asked if she could please charge my phone for just a few minutes so I could call my husband, she responded very rudely and said, “Can’t you see the poster?” I was confused and said no, and she pointed to a handwritten sign behind the kitchen that said “We don’t charge your phone.” I tried explaining my situation, that I had no way to get home and was asking for just 5 minutes of help. I even asked if she could simply call me a taxi instead. She refused and said no in a very dismissive manner. The complete lack of empathy and basic human kindness in this situation was shocking. I understand businesses have policies, but refusing to help someone in a vulnerable situation, even just by calling a taxi is extremely disappointing. Customer service should include basic compassion, especially in situations like this.
The absolute worst Tim Hortons ever. They never have anything in this place and ordering on Uber is even more of a nightmare with them sending you things you never even ordered instead of what you actually ordered. Completely lazy service. Please avoid this location and go to any other one, I’m sure you’ll have a better experience. Nine months later I made the mistake of ordering from them again. Absolute horrible service. They gave me the wrong item and when I called the Tim Hortons to question why they allowed me to order it on the app if the item is not in stock, the employee proceeded to change his tone and started saying call tomorrow as the manager isn’t here what do you expect me to do. Literally close down this place already. Absolutely the worst Tim Hortons in Laval.

I don't buy food, so I don't know. I always get a coffee, what I ask for is always on point 99% of the time. Just not very polite says hello or thanks.
Bad service.
Employee Jamila is very rude to clients she always has an attitude with younger customers such as students never greets customers always rolling eyes and not wanting to do her job. She gets annoyed for the smallest things such as scanning the Tim Hortons app. I ask nicely for a bag for my sandwich and she did not want to give it to me and then gave me the bag rudely refusing to put the sandwich in it so I had to do it myself then proceeded to rush me in the drive through when this could have been prevented if she had done it herself. Did not even take 10 seconds for me to put in a bag and she screaming and knocking the window rushing me to drive off. No customer service, no manners, no respect. This lady should not be working with clients if she has an attitude like this. I don’t understand why it’s hard to be polite to customers who ask for things nicely. Very disappointed, need better staff.
Best place to grab a coffee!
