Was just served by Roxanne. She simply made my day! Before seeing her at the window and before placing my order, I was having a stressful morning but the politeness, the patience, the smile you could hear in her voice, all made me get to the window and ask who took my order. Roxanne was super pleasant!!! Something I we don’t find often lately Merci beaucoup Roxanne!!! Way to go?!!!

I ask for cream cheese and creton on a bagel and they only put a small part of creton in the middle.. never going there again.

I ordered online 6 tims a la 12. I arrived and the cashier was so rude telling me that they don’t do Tim a la 12. I told her you could remove the option online and she kept giggling with her friends saying that they don’t offer tim a la 12. Worst service ever
