Customer service was terrible May 2nd, 2026 at 2pm. It seemed like nobody wanted to help. The male cashier didn't even make eye contact with me. I ordered myself a Tim's club sandwich and I asked if they served grilled cheese (I was with my toddler and that's what he wanted to eat). He sighed and said no, while not making eye contact with me, and he looked away,waiting for me to make a decision of what I wanted to order. I asked if they had all dressed pizza, "Non" was his reply, as he casually looked away over the crowd. I bought my son a muffin instead, paid and walked to the receiving counter. He seriously looked like he didn't give a crap about his job and didn't care anymore. It took 15 minutes to get my sandwich. Since it was taking so long, I asked about it, and one worker said it'll be here soon, in an annoyed way. Then she looked at her colleague and rolled her eyes. I used to work at a tim Hortons so I'm actually flabbergasted at this Tim Hortons customer service. If you don't like your job and it's too much for you, then find another one! Some people just aren't cut out for customer service. There wasn't 1 cashier or worker smiling or making anyone feel welcomed. That IS SAD to see. The Tim's I worked at and so many others, we always smiled at our customers. This one is 💯 an embarrassment to the Tim Hortons Chain. The supervisor needs to get on their game and manage their staff better. Or their manager should do it. Very disappointed.

Every time we are at Carrefour and we have gone to grab a coffee. We always have a great experience with Daniella serving us. She is the sweetest and always takes time to ask us how we are doing!

Daniella is super nice . She's always smiling and gives me great service everytime I visit. Thank you for being a ray of sunshine.

Got my order wrong gave me tomato soup instead of the meat chili... then denies to my face when then the chili was available... very unhappy 🙁

I visit often on my work break and every time Daniella is there she’s just so professional and sweet with a very bright smile, she always makes me come back!! And also there’s a very nice guy that I didn’t get his name :( Thank youu guyss

the food is generally good, and although the service is good too (like the employees are kind and professional), it can be very slow, especially when there's a lineup.
