I was with my wife and children at the Tim Hortons drive-thru around 8:00. A woman was serving me at the window. While I was paying, she suddenly told me, “You can leave.” When I replied that I had not received my food yet, she raised her voice and angrily told me to move forward. I asked her why she was speaking to me like that, but she walked away. After that, another young employee came and helped me very kindly. I want the manager to address this situation immediately because I did not appreciate the employee’s attitude. My wife and children were also uncomfortable with the way we were treated.

I went to Tim Hortons around 10:50 to order fries. I clearly asked for four potato wedges for lunch, but the employee gave me breakfast potatoes instead. When I told her that wasn’t what I ordered, she became angry and argued with me, saying that I asked for that order. She also refused to refund me at first. Then she walked away and left her coworker to handle the refund. I believe her name was Fatima, although I’m not completely sure. The way she spoke to me was very rude and disrespectful, and I did not appreciate the service

Bad manners at the drive through, the Girl at the drive through acted like a gangster, shouted at me, told me to cone to the front, all because she misnderstood my order and they were out of eggs making the whole thing confusing Don't go there!

Dropped in for a coffee and a donut today, 18/04/26, because I figured they couldn't mess that up. Wrong, tried to overcharge me twice and gave me attitude for correcting her. Seriously, CLOSE this place. Silly me for giving this place another chance. Ordered an iced coffee and a egg and cheese English muffin . Muffin was cold and soggy. Not toasted at all. All you could hear was the staff standing around laughing and chatting. Horrible service and flies everywhere. How is this allowed to continue. I finally learned my lesson with this place Second time here. Both times stood at the counter for 3 to 4 minutes while staff talked to each other and ignored me. Just now the "manager " finally turned around from chatting to ask if I had been served. Gave me my coffee with FREE ATTITUDE. They have locations everywhere. Go elsewhere.

Terrible but super terrible service, came to drive through waited half and hour for my son to be denied a simple pizza cause they were training people. Like its saturday, should be at least on the ball with service . We left and that was that, very disappointing.

They served me an entire box of 50 rock hard timbits from the previous day. I contacted customer service and no one bothered to call me back to address my complaint . The least would be to contact me to offer a refund or a gift card. Will not be passing here again.
