This morning, to save time, I ordered food online through the Tim Hortons application. Then I went to pick it up right away. I waited in the restaurant for 30 minutes. I placed my order at 6:40 but didn't receive it until 7:15. The restaurant didn't have many customers, but there were 8 people working there. The important thing here is their service attitude, and it's not good, it's terrible. I ordered and paid for the food, but I felt like I was begging them for it.

Just ordered here at the window. Coffee when received was luke warm, and donut was dried out, and not fresh. Service was ok, but not up to standards. No thank you or please. Napkins were thrown at me from the window. I will not order here again. Thanks
