Came around 8 PM Saturday to the drive-thru and was greeted by workers having loud conversations and laughing over the microphone while I waited more than 2 minutes just to place my order. They didn’t even mute their mics, so I was stuck listening to their conversation before eventually deciding to back out and leave. Very disappointed to see how much the quality of professional customer service has gone downhill.

There was a mix-up with my order but the staff made sure to make it right, I would recommend ordering inside and with someone, it saves you from wasting time and from frustrations.

Dirty, dirty, dirty eating from a gatbage can is cleaner than eating here 🤢🤮 bugs and filth just disgusting ! I seen it with my own eyes cockroaches running around the donut rack ! MAPAQ needs to check this location asap

Please fix your restaurants hygiene system and service. It is unacceptable and unprofessional. I can’t be paying for a drink with MOULD in the whip cream and whip cream on my cup. Wash your hands before giving me my drink and clean my cup before handing it to me. I could see from my car bagels on the counter, this is disappointing.
