I asked for timbits with the new flavors and they tricked me. I checked they were none, the other person emptied and put new ones supposibly the new flavor But NOT!! Should of just told me there weren't any more! Bad customer service!!

Very disappointing experience. My bagel sandwich was completely burnt and black, yet an employee still served it to me. This shows a serious lack of care and responsibility toward customers and food quality.

I visit this place quite often and I’m never positively surprised. It’s always the same and it’s gotten to the point that I have to publicly say this. When will the owner invest in a new bathroom? It’s ridiculously disgusting and rarely cleaned. I went in to take a piss and came out because I no longer wanted to pee in such a disgusting bathroom…

This has got to be the slowest Tim’s I’ve ever been to. About 15 min in drive thru, with only 2 cars ahead.

Got my moms order wrong. She asked for milk and didnt get it. Also the toilet was one of the worst toilets ive ever seen. You know its bad when a NOT abandoned building has mold...

The worker are nice to customers but sometimes (often) we have to wait a lot to get served ,without the wait it's 5 star

You're lucky if they even get part of your order correct here. Ordered a steak supreme stack... What I got sort of had some steak? That's about the only ingredient that matched the menu, barely. Avoid this location.

I placed a mobile order but unfortunately they ran out of the item I ordered. I was so lucky to see the sweetheart, Nado. She asked me what would I want instead and she was so sweet. They are all so nice but Nado went out or her way to provide the best service. Thank you girl you made it up for me greatly💗💗

The service was good, but the food quality was disappointing. My wrap and steak sandwich were poorly prepared there was even a moldy piece of lettuce, and the sandwich had only one slice of tomato with no sauce. For the price I paid, this was quite frustrating. I hope more care is taken in the future, especially when it comes to portioning and freshness.

This coffee place is a great spot with very fast and professional service. Even though it is usually crowded, it’s actually nice to see so many people — it creates a lively and welcoming atmosphere. The only thing that really needs attention is the restroom. It’s not very clean, and improving this would definitely give a much better overall impression. Aside from that, everything else is excellent, and I would still recommend this place for a quick and pleasant coffee break.

I wanted to share my experience with this location. I have been coming here for a little over 3 months and i am very satisfied with the service. This location has an amazing team. They are quick and efficient. They are extremely nice, respectful and understanding to my allergies. (Potasium) I highly recommend you stop by for a coffee and a treat!

Place has really poor service, like -5* level of service. They get the order wrong, you end up paying more than what you paid in the order and then they make no amends to offer you a refund. There are sooooo many choices out there, McDonald's, Krispy Kreme, Homer's Donuts, Bernie Beignes, Walmart, Costco, any UltraMart or grocery stores.
