the employee working nightshift is lost and has no idea on how to make the sandwiches.. tried ordering a wrap with chicken, bacon, ranch and he said he can’t make it because he did not have any eggs and potato, but it does not even require these ingredients.. ordered a supreme steak and he added tomato, lettuce and mayo to it, with barely any steak. clearly the guy did not want to work and just made a random sandwich.

wanted to order their frozen orange tangerine quencher since it is my all time favourite drink from tim’s. i double checked on uber eats if they still offered it, and they did. so i pulled up to the drive through and had to specify my order three times before the understood. finally, when they gave me the drink after i payed, it was the not-frozen version without the whipped cream, and when i told the person at the cash, she told me that their machine was broken. it would’ve been nice to know that they couldn’t give me what i wanted Before I payed… the staff was kind of rude and uncaring. oh- there was also a hair stuck to my cup.

Great service every time and thanks to the whole crew especially Carissa who always greets me with a smile and also remembers what I got the last time I was there.
