Very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. One of the staff members was extremely rude and aggressive when I simply asked for a coffee. He raised his voice and shouted at me in front of other customers, which was embarrassing and unnecessary,and when I ask for some extra sugar on side he just through one pouch on me. Customer service should be respectful, especially in a public place. I hope management looks into this and provides proper training, because this kind of behavior is not acceptable

Very nice store, I like how fast they are in the morning! I get my order under 20 seconds!!!

This particular Tims just plain sucks. Ownership doesn't care and they simply deliver crap food and drink.
