I have been a regular customer of this tim since 2024. I have always enjoyed coming here. But recently, they hired a new guy who is extremely rude for no apparent reason. For example, you ask him anything extra he will say we can’t do it here or I can’t add anything extra even I offered him to pay for extra sugar he said no we can’t do it. Is this how you treat a customer who is politely asking for something and not even free i am willing to pay. Anytime i see him now, i just prefer to go to another tim which is 10 minutes away from my home.

Very busy location, but manage to still serve great quality food and fast service. Hemza is very sweet with the customers

Very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. One of the staff members was extremely rude and aggressive when I simply asked for a coffee. He raised his voice and shouted at me in front of other customers, which was embarrassing and unnecessary,and when I ask for some extra sugar on side he just through one pouch on me. Customer service should be respectful, especially in a public place. I hope management looks into this and provides proper training, because this kind of behavior is not acceptable
