A very disappointing experience from Indian staff today i ordered 2 wrap during afternoon time after that i waited for 15 min and asked same girl ( her name is chitvan )4 time that how long it takes she replied we are just making it but in a meantime they give other customers same order even i was waiting when i asked her again she replied if you wanna cancel order you can and still you have to w8 in line to cancel.overall this is rude and disrespectful . This kind of service doesn’t deserve 1 star

Potato wedges have not proper made it is not well-cooked and crispy I request To fix undercooked potato wedges, you need to either boil (parboil) them before cooked

We ordered two iced capps 17 may 2026 and literally spilling every where not made with any attention; asked for napkins but got only one napkin in return; all messed such a bad customer service.

Kirandeep Kaur is the best worker! After gym, I was always upset with their service before she started evening shifts! The always respects what you ask and actually respects the clients, makes the best wraps ever! She deserves a raise.

Always gets food/drinks wrong even when pointed to items/ showed item on app and told what is wanted (also online order's) and always made wrong and cold from my 10+ years of being a customer I’m truly disappointed with the service from the past few years.

This Tim Hortons is very clean and spacious. I visit there often and the service is very quick and accurate. I get coffee and wraps which are fresh and good in taste. Highly recommend this Tim Hortons.

I visited Tim Hortons and really enjoyed the raisin muffin, it was fresh and delicious. Sarabjeet Kaur gave excellent service and greeted me with a warm smile. Great experience overall!

I had a Iced Capp at Tim Hortons. It’s a really nice drink—cold, refreshing, and chocolatey. I enjoyed the taste a lot. The staff were also very friendly and provided great service. Overall, it was a good experience.

So I placed a order on doordash today and a manager at doordash told me that this tim hortons received my order but the dasher was waiting now the tim hortons said the order was never there so when i called in the French lady said they never got it and tried looking into everything to see if it was there , so it came to the point where the lady had taken my order over the phone , but my dasher told me that when she was on the phone with me she was mocking and sticking her tongue out making faces, now it isn't my fault that your guys system is just shitty and maybe that little French lady needs to be put in her place by one of the managers that work there, next time this happens ill pursue further actions by contacting bbb

Very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons yesterday evening. I ordered a French Vanilla using my Roll Up the Rim coupon, but the tall dark guy gave me a Double Double instead. When I told him the order was wrong, he ignored me at first and then told me I would have to pay again even though the coupon was for a free drink.His attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of fixing a simple mistake, he made the situation uncomfortable and made me scared with his zombie look.Customer service should be polite and respectful. This experience really ruined my mood.I am never coming back. Zero customer Service here.

I had a great experience at this Tim Hortons location today. The staff were exceptionally professional, quick, and cooperative. It was clear they were working together as a strong and well-coordinated team. I truly appreciate the effort of each individual team member, even though it’s difficult to recognize everyone by name. I have been visiting various Tim Hortons locations regularly for over two years, and this visit stood out as particularly positive. The service was efficient, the environment was welcoming, and the overall atmosphere made it a pleasant place to spend time. I also often work on my laptop while there, and the Wi-Fi connection is reliable and fast. The infrastructure and seating setup are comfortable and well-maintained, making it a great spot for both casual visits and productive work sessions. Overall, a consistently excellent experience. Keep up the great work!

I absolutely love the drinks at Tim Hortons! The coffee is always fresh and perfectly brewed, and their iced drinks are so refreshing. The flavors are well balanced—not too sweet—and always taste amazing. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. It’s my favorite place to grab a drink anytime during the day. Highly recommend!
