Very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons yesterday evening. I ordered a French Vanilla using my Roll Up the Rim coupon, but the tall dark guy gave me a Double Double instead. When I told him the order was wrong, he ignored me at first and then told me I would have to pay again even though the coupon was for a free drink.His attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of fixing a simple mistake, he made the situation uncomfortable and made me scared with his zombie look.Customer service should be polite and respectful. This experience really ruined my mood.I am never coming back. Zero customer Service here.

I had a great experience at this Tim Hortons location today. The staff were exceptionally professional, quick, and cooperative. It was clear they were working together as a strong and well-coordinated team. I truly appreciate the effort of each individual team member, even though it’s difficult to recognize everyone by name. I have been visiting various Tim Hortons locations regularly for over two years, and this visit stood out as particularly positive. The service was efficient, the environment was welcoming, and the overall atmosphere made it a pleasant place to spend time. I also often work on my laptop while there, and the Wi-Fi connection is reliable and fast. The infrastructure and seating setup are comfortable and well-maintained, making it a great spot for both casual visits and productive work sessions. Overall, a consistently excellent experience. Keep up the great work!

Worst experience ever had .Girl was showing me full attitude and guy named Gurpreet was also showing full attitude.Have no experience how to deal with customers very rude .

I absolutely love the drinks at Tim Hortons! The coffee is always fresh and perfectly brewed, and their iced drinks are so refreshing. The flavors are well balanced—not too sweet—and always taste amazing. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. It’s my favorite place to grab a drink anytime during the day. Highly recommend!

I got served by Sonia tonight , she in am amazing employee , super sweet and polite , food tasted amazing , she made my whole experience so nice and simple. You guys have a golden employee don’t ever lose her !

The quality of the food is inconsistent. Sometimes they make good bagels and sometimes completely dry with less cream and less cheese. I go there sometimes, because there is no other Tim Hortons nearby.

I know they want the drive true to go fast but they are disrespectful the way how they rush you to order I got the English muffin burn shell in the eggs or some hard mini things however very disrespectful make you feel you not good some people are slow thinker and the way how they rush you is so so so bad
