I recently visited this Tim Hortons location and was disappointed with my experience. There was a long wait, my sandwich was made incorrectly, and the coffee was cold and tasteless. I hope the management team and ownership take note of these issues and work to improve service and food quality for customers.

Use the self service machine and order 3 things. All 3 they didnt have. Chocolate muffin, croissant with biscote on top and a dragon fruit limonade. They offer me to pick an other muffin but I had to ask to get the difference refund. when they told me they didnt have the rest I just ask for a full refund and left. Whats the point of the machine if its wrong...

I am regular customer but today or had really bad experience. Coffee lid wasn't completed close so it made my car dirty ,unofrorunately it spilled even on my dog and I had to go emergency grooming to wash him. And car wash right after. So bad so bad in weekends. There is no manager or supervisor. I really need to hear from resturant owner

I visit this store for coffee every day, and while the location is convenient, the experience is consistently disappointing. There’s a constant rotation of new staff, and it feels like training and service standards are lacking. Every visit feels unpredictable, and despite the familiar setting, the quality of service never meets expectations. It’s frustrating to see potential wasted due to poor management and inconsistent customer care.

I’ve been going to this Tim Hortons for the past six months and to be honest, I have nothing to say on the service really fast team order is ready really quickly and one thing that is really important to my eyes is that the orders are always right

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Went there with my husband and we tried our best to communicate in French. The teller kept correcting us quite rudely. We asked from "bagel avec creme fromage" and they said "esce que tu veut dire bagel avec du fromage à la crème" then when we ordered a double-double they were like "voulais-tu dire un café avec 2 crème et 2 sucre" the last straw was when i asked for "un chocolate chaud large" and they replied "on a pas de large, c'est grand ici" I WENT FOR BREAKFAST NOT A GRAMMAR LESSON. RACIST AND RUDE!
