Problem is poor administration imposing questionable policies, lack of motivated staff = slower service, less fresh doughnuts & restricted selection. Better off crossing bridge to Hawkesbury for much fresher products & friendlier service!!

Worst Tim Horton’s, poor girls, understaffed won’t even look at you after 15 min wait. Watched 3 customers leave after also waiting wondering if they even worked!!! I wondered why bother staying open???? Just go a few blocks down! At least you will get served!
