We stopped here last weekend after a long morning of driving around looking at the old buildings downtown and needed a quick break before heading back out sightseeing. The woman at the counter was super friendly and even recommended the maple dip donut, which paired perfectly with my husband's double double. It was around 10 in the morning so it wasn't too crowded, and we found a cozy spot by the window to people watch for a while. Parking was easy too, which made the whole stop stress free for us.

I visited this Tim Hortons at 80 Rue Robinson S, Granby, QC and ordered a coffee (Double Double). Unfortunately, the interaction with the staff was very uncomfortable. I don’t understand French, and while I was there, the employees appeared to be talking about me and laughing. I obviously don’t know what they were saying, but when I asked why they were laughing, instead of giving me a respectful response, the male employee was rude toward me. Not understanding the language should never be a reason for someone to feel uncomfortable or disrespected. I expect basic courtesy and professionalism when visiting a restaurant. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and reminds staff that every customer deserves to be treated respectfully, regardless of what language they speak.

This store has amazing employees! I walked in to place an order for seven people. They got the order correct, stayed calm, and very helpful; even when the iced cappuccino machine died on them. Thank you very much and I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend! 💐🍀🌹

The lady working here at night is very rude i stayed there she didn’t let me come inside the restaurant and she told me to sit outside for nearly 5 hours at night .she mentioned that she can charge my mobile but when I really needs to charge my device at that movement she denied . I was waiting there for my bus from granby to montreal which was in early morning . I was stuck in Granby due to some reasons which I explained to the staff after that they didn’t help me . There is no humanity i really felt upset at that time .

Bad services this morning. Had to return twice and still, my order was wrong. How hard is it. Only had 4 drinks… will not go there again.

Not a lot of place to sit , always the same people taking all the places all day long also lot of people talking way too lous. I also wanted to say that if you order in advance you have to check or ask the cashier if it's ready cause it's not always at the same place and they don't call your name when it's ready.
