Absolutely disappointed ! As per usual, a long wait for no reason in the drive through, and daily occurrence at this location. Not to mention, on the daily, my wifes coffee, and mine, are not made to order at all ! The picture is of my wifes 3x3 coffee, color is more like 1 cream, and surprise, surprise, 1 sugar if she's lucky. Why is it that this location cannot get it together ? There is no acceptable rate of speed for the drive through here. It's stretched out all the time as if there is 20 vehicles in the line up, and only 2-3 cars actually there, it's pathetic, really ! You can't even call to complain because they NEVER answer the phone, like they are swamped with customers. Sad ownership, and extremely poor management period ! Im not even get started on the tim bit thing... definitely don't hear, or understand when clearly stated.. no plain/old fashioned, oh, and a counting issue, that I find difficult to understand.. you have 10 fingers, 10 toes... but can't figure out a count of 10, or 20... hmmm
