The coffee and customer service is outstanding. The only thing I could complain about is the apple fritters never have enough icing on them and the Boston cream donuts barely have any cream inside.

I never leave bad reviews but I have to say something… I went between 11h30 and 12h30 on a Saturday and it was one of the worst experience I’ve had at Tim Hortons unfortunately . The working staff was rude because we had a “big” order. They told us in a rude way we needed to call in advance to order 6 wraps and 2 donuts, all while other workers were looking and laughing at the situation. They also didn’t put our 2 donuts. We felt very uncomfortable.
