I had a great experience at Tim Hortons. The staff were friendly, quick, and very professional. My order was fresh and made perfectly. I truly appreciate their marvelous service — I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending other for experiencing this good service

Absolutely horrendous experience. Probably the worst I've ever had at Tim Hortons. Preordered through the mobile app. They continuously tried to tell me that there was no order, despite showing them the app repeatedly. Even confirmed it was for this location. There were 6 or 7 staff there at the time, and it was not busy. Very rude and the customer service was terrible. When they finally stopped arguing and accepted it was ordered there, they still messed up the order multiple times. After nearly a half hour, I still did not get what I ordered. It was two drinks. I will never go back there again. Avoid this place at all costs.

Once again, went through the drive throu, and they got the order wrong. Simple order, 1 tea and 1 coffee. The tea was cold and no sugar in the coffee. The service at this particular TimmbHortons has gone way down in the last little while

10 out of 10 times, the French Vanilla tastes like plain water. I try to avoid this store as much as possible, but sometimes we have no other option. At this point, it honestly feels like the owner is cutting costs by using less coffee mix. But after today, I won’t be buying anything from this place.

Probably the worst Tim Hortons location in Aylmer . I have not received good service here in years. It’s the only nearby place where I can grab breakfast quickly, so I keep returning hoping it will improve but it never does. There seems to be a serious lack of organization, communication, and customer service at this location. I’ve been told to “wait” for what felt like 20 minutes after paying, stranded waiting for two coffees and a wrap. I’ve even seen staff hand my prepared Farmer’s Wrap out the drive-thru window to another customer who ordered the same item after me. Mentioning these issues to employees often seems to irritate them rather than resolve the problem. Items are frequently wrong or missing, and I often have to return to get what I ordered. Save yourself the frustration and visit another Tim Hortons if you can.
