I visited this tim hortons this evening at 7:30 pm. I order a coffee and some food. And this big white lady is so rude to me and fought with me when ask her to change the gloves when she was cleaning something. But her attitude was so rude and she was screaming with me when I was just trying to give her a good explanation. But she did not understand and did not listen properly. I don't know why you guys are keeping this type of female employee. Bad service and bad attitude. This lady is horribly and disgusting service.

The service lady did what she could but she was the only one working at supper rush, although there was someone else (He was useless, didn't wear the headset to take drive-thru orders, nor work at the cash. He was on his phone, sitting on the kitchen counter). Since there were other issues with our order, the lady gave us two items for free so, claps to this lady! And fire that other dude, whoever he is and give whatever he's paid to that nice lady.
