I want to give a shoutout to Raj, amazing guy, customer service is on point and remembers my order. Bbq chicken loaded bowl and even questions me when I change it up to a pizza, keep up the great service Raj, I appreciate what you do, Matt from 2 buildings over :)

Has to be the worst experience at a Tim Hortons, and that's saying a lot because it's been getting worse and worse. Besides the fact they took my order wrong and argued with me barely speaking English or French that it was my fault I ordered wrong when I clearly spoke english, the order took forever. I had to complain to try to get the person to make my Wrap. Indian lady speaking on her cell phone for 1 minutes trying to do my wrap with 1 hand. Then proceeds to put the phone down and not change her glove. This is extremely unsanitary. This person should have been fired on the spot. Her co-worker tried to get her off the phone but she started yelling in their native language and didn't give a crap. We were running latem we ended up just tossing the wrap in the trash. Didn't have time to get my money back. Never going back there again. I would avoid anyone else to do so as well if theu don't want to get sick.
