Always fast and fresh coffee at this store.Even with a long drive-thru line in every morning,I’m out in just 2 minutes.The staff at this location very friendly, welcoming, and they always get my order right with a smile. They truly make this my favourite Tim.

The team itself is good and nice. But the supervisor was not only rude to me, but she was condescending to her colleague. She lacks customer service skills and team leadership skills. I had a conflict with my order, an honest mistake one, but proceeds to be rude and make it seem like it’s all my fault with zero accountability. I normally don’t give bad reviews but this one was deserved.

Doughnuts aren't fresh, usually a day old. The doughnuts from Tim's in Kirkland are still soft at the end of the day. Sources/hymus Tim's are hard by lunch.

Manager refused to help with a refund i did online. Hung up on me. Manager is very unprofessional.

I had the unfortunate idea idea of stopping at this location around 9pm on the 22nd of April.. let me tell you, this was a bad idea, somehow, every time I go there, it’s worse than the last time, imagine the disappointment in ordering 20 chocolate timbits, and coming home to find out none of them are chocolate, what a disgrace of employees they have there, I’m sorry to everyone who will be going there tomorrow and the following days!

Today I visited Tim Hortons, and my experience was very disappointing. The employee who was taking my order was extremely rude and did not speak politely. What was even more concerning is that he was mopping the floor, and right after that, he served my coffee without washing his hands. This is not acceptable and goes against basic hygiene standards I hope the management takes this matter seriously and ensures proper training for staff so that other customers do not have to face the same issue in the future
