An incredible dining experience. The cozy environment and great food made for a perfect meal. Every selection was a standout. The service was impeccable, and the staff were so helpful throughout the evening. An unforgettable experience that I’ll definitely repeat.

It is not only today, but all the times I've been there to order something, they always make a mistake on my orders, today I had asked a bagel well toasted and instead I got a burned bagel. It is a disappointment to my expectations.

This restaurant is TERRIBLE at upkeeping their bathrooms. I showed up here to use the bathroom & BOTH of their bathrooms were DIRTY! 1 bathroom had pubic hair on the toilet seat & the other had urine on it. They also don't check their handsoaps & toilet paper on a regular basis. When I mentionned to them that their bathrooms were both dirty, the response I got was: "Our cleaning lady will only be here in the next 30 minutes." This is UNNACCEPTABLE! Your bathrooms should be cleaned on EVERY SHIFT. DISGUSTING!

Idk why they write 24/7 when the doors are closed and only took drive orders. there is no food from 11:30pm-1:30am only the drinks.

The cashier at 3 pm on March 25, 2026 gave an incredible service. Kudos to her. Too bad I don't have her name. Says 'SHIFT 3' on the receipt. Employee name was Ritu. Very patient and kind!

I would like the owner of This Tim Hortons to please give me an explanation to what’s going on: This used to be one of my favourite Tim Hortons. I would always bring my family twice a week for a good coffee and fresh donuts. Lately the service has been terrible and extremely rude. The level of professionalism is so low and unacceptable. I ordered a coffee and it was made wrong. I’ve had to return my order several times due to wrongly made, coffee not fresh. When questioning about my order the employees behind the counter gathered together and started arguing saying I am wrong and to go find another Tim Hortons. Then continued to say something in there language and sarcastically laughed. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!! The washroom is never clean!! Unsanitary!!! I can’t even bring my kids inside the bathroom. When I questioned this to the staff- they simply walked off and spoke in their language towards each other and laughed. When I asked again they answered back saying “it’s not our job”.

This Tim Hortons was excellent, fast, clean, and very well organized. The customer service was outstanding, as the staff were friendly, attentive, and efficient. The food was fresh and served quickly, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this Tim Hortons 100%. In addition, their wide variety of donuts is incredibly tempting it truly makes you want to try every single one!

This is the only Tim Hortons that takes 20 minutes to receive and start preparing a mobile order. Better to go to another of the Tim Hortons in the area that have better service and are faster

After four years of coming here, today’s (not only but last few times)service and coffee were a major disappointment. My 'latte' was actually just drip coffee with milk and unwanted sugar, despite my clear instructions without it. The ordering process was repetitive and the quality wasn't there. Improve your staff training and consistency. This is your chance to fix it before you lose a regular for good.

I was here today at 10:45 a.m., and the ceiling was being cleaned. A significant amount of dust fell on the customers. This was very unprofessional. Wouldn’t it be better to schedule cleaning when there are no customers in the store?

I come here often with my colleague during lunch hour. We are always greeted by Kamal and the rest of the team. The service is fast and friendly. I usually order the chicken bowl. Today my bowl was much lighter than usual, but Kamal and team made sure to correct the issue immediately. 1/5
