This Tim Hortons was excellent, fast, clean, and very well organized. The customer service was outstanding, as the staff were friendly, attentive, and efficient. The food was fresh and served quickly, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this Tim Hortons 100%. In addition, their wide variety of donuts is incredibly tempting it truly makes you want to try every single one!

This is the only Tim Hortons that takes 20 minutes to receive and start preparing a mobile order. Better to go to another of the Tim Hortons in the area that have better service and are faster

After four years of coming here, today’s (not only but last few times)service and coffee were a major disappointment. My 'latte' was actually just drip coffee with milk and unwanted sugar, despite my clear instructions without it. The ordering process was repetitive and the quality wasn't there. Improve your staff training and consistency. This is your chance to fix it before you lose a regular for good.

I was here today at 10:45 a.m., and the ceiling was being cleaned. A significant amount of dust fell on the customers. This was very unprofessional. Wouldn’t it be better to schedule cleaning when there are no customers in the store?

I come here often with my colleague during lunch hour. We are always greeted by Kamal and the rest of the team. The service is fast and friendly. I usually order the chicken bowl. Today my bowl was much lighter than usual, but Kamal and team made sure to correct the issue immediately. 1/5

I went with my friend an hour ago and order two breakfasts which include two donuts. One crème boston and the other one strawberry. Both me and my friend noticed that the donuts were not fresh. My friend went to see an employee who replaced his donut by a new one after telling him that he replaced his donut with another one that is near to the glass and is more fresh since the ones far from the glass are the old donuts and are not always fresh. So my friend changed his donut and I ate the old one that looks to be from yesterday. This is not acceptable. I think this is against the policy of the Tim Hortons to keep all the donuts fresh. I would like for the franchise manager to investigate the issue since this could cause a severe health issues that could affect the public. I recommend also to do a regular review on all Tim Hortons branches to ensure they respect the policy and procedures of such big franchise. Thanks

I always order an ice Capp with extra cream but they never put extra cream despite charging me for extra cream!!!

I found the response time so slow it felt like they were ignoring you. A customer had to ask them to wipe a table.
