3 cars ahead of me and waited almost 20 minutes for a wrap and muffin. Only one of the cars had several items, the other 2 cars had one ir 2 items. 20 minutes!!!??? I ordered and paid for a chicken bacon wrap, and recieved what I think was a classic chicken wrap. Chicken is not in strips or grilled as it should be. The chicken is essentially a pile of mush, 1 slice of tomato, and a tiny amount of some kind of sauce, possibly mayonnaise. It is not specified on tbe menu what kind of 'sauce'. Thank you for the long wait. I arrived a couple of minutes late for my appointment perhaps you should have a turn off lane so people can escape the long wait. Most Tim Horton's make mistakes, but this is ridiculous.
