We recently vacationed in Coaticook. Neither my partner nor I speak very much french. We used the drive thru 3 times during our vacation. All three times, the drinks were made perfectly. The drive thru staff was friendly and helpful (the first time we tried to order in french it was a disaster) the staff corrected our mistake and refunded the difference which was totally amazing and very professional! We can now order that particular order in french. Thank you so much for your patience with our less than adequate french! PS the drive thru was not signed very well and we entered from the wrong way every time lol

If there's teenagers working don't even order. Unfortunately they do not listen or make anything with pride. Pass earlier in the day and the regular workers are great. Updating my review. Well today they had no egg and no Bacon and tried to tell me a BLT is breakfast and breakfast is done at 3pm. This is the first time I've ever been told a BLT sandwich is breakfast lmfao. I said show me where it says breakfast closes at 3pm. Obviously he couldn't and totally made it up. Then he proceeded to pull hashbrowns out of the oven lol. I said well hashbrowns are Breakfast. He said said oh that's different. Worst customer service ever. Update Jan.16 . So today I show up way before 3pm. This time no eggs at all. I guess the 3pm excuse for no eggs last time was total bullshit. Manage your store better please
