It’s understandable why this location is always dead. Staff is absolutely worthless.

Absolutely terrible experience!! It took more than 5 minutes to be answered in the drive-thru with not a single car in front of me and no cars in the parking lot. Then after I asked for a medium caramel churro iced capp with a shot of espresso the employee told me to speak French... I'm visiting from Ontario, I don't speak French, so I repeated my order slowly because I'm pretty sure iced capp, caramel, medium and espresso are used both in English and in French and he yelled at me to speak french over and over rather than trying to figure out what I wanted. When I got to the window I noticed that the churro iced capp had no whipped cream or topping on it so I asked. He put the tiniest amount of whipped cream on top and no crumble topping whatsoever. I get language barriers but this young guy made absolutely zero attempt to understand or communicate with me. The service and drinks were disgusting.

Very rude employee not being kind when asked to repeat order when asked and just very rude and obnoxious employees overall

It was disappointing experience. I ordered bowl veggies with hashbrown (potato veggie), when I checked, I found one chicken was there. I went to store to complain but response was very robotic. Fortunately I got another bowl. However it's very concerning as I have dietary restrictions. The replacement bowl was not good in taste. Overall it was bad experience.
