Really slow service. 5 employees just stare at customers and move slowly, not providing any service. They don’t even communicate amongst themselves! Management should realign their value on customer service. 3 customers and still waiting for service, even after 8min 🤦🏽‍♂️! Don’t get me wrong, they are very friendly and do provide service when in action but, customers are waiting 8min before being served.

Very busy, but well handled — a strong Tim Hortons location This Tim Hortons is consistently very busy—always packed, which says a lot about the demand and location. I want to especially recognize the team behind the counter. The ladies working here are doing a great job under pressure—serving quickly, staying organized, and keeping things moving in what can only be described as a high-volume environment. That’s not easy. The food has been fresh, and the coffee is exactly what you expect—reliable and consistent. That said, with this level of traffic, cleanliness becomes even more important. I would encourage a bit more attention to detail in that area. It’s understandable given how busy it is, but it would elevate the experience even further. There’s plenty of parking, which is a big plus. A special word of appreciation to the team behind the counter: your work does not go unnoticed. In a place this busy, your consistency, patience, and effort to serve people well truly matter. You may not always hear it, but you’re doing a great job—thank you for showing up and giving your best every day. At the end of the day, this is Tim Hortons doing what it does best—fast, consistent, and serving a lot of people well. Honestly, for what it is, it doesn’t get much better than this.

not much selection. needs more cleaning. lots of homeless people. understaff. slow service.
