Everytime I visit this Tim's its always something. Today 31.05.2026 3.30pm. I wait over 15 mins in the drive thru that had only 2 vehicle infront me. Reached up to the window, to be asked whats the order. Tried to redeem my points they said i couldn't. Then he had to go make the drink which was another wait. I usually do not like to leave negative reviews unless needed. My iced coffee didn’t even had enough ice 🤣

Very un pleasant and unprofessional staff, and the manager even worse, that is literally the first time I even take time to write a review on Google, but yeah it was that bad, no stock of anything literally, very slow 25 mins for a ice cap and a bagel!! And the girl was very rude about it the manager was sarcastic about it. They made me feel crazy.

Worst Tim Hortons experience ever. I went there for a visit and from the beginning the atmosphere was unpleasant. Employees were rude, no smile, no professionalism, and they were missing a lot of items. There were only 2 types of bagels available, so I ended up ordering just an XL coffee and a plain bagel with cream cheese. Even though the place was not busy at all, it took almost 20 minutes to get my order. When I politely complained about the waiting time, the young girl at the counter became extremely rude. A few minutes later, they gave me the wrong order — a large coffee instead of the XL I ordered. When I pointed it out, the employee almost didn’t want to change it and started raising her tone, which made the situation even more frustrating. I asked to speak with the supervisor/manager, hoping the situation would be handled professionally, but unfortunately he was also very rude and did absolutely nothing to help. Very unprofessional staff, terrible customer service, and frustrating experience overall. Time: 0/10 Management: 0/10 Customer service: 0/10 Never again.

Honestly worst time Hortons ever, I have personally witnessed an employee being yelled and degraded by a manager( an employee with special needs) The owner was contacted about this and did not take it seriously at all and did nothing about it, very disappointing. I visited a few more times and always everything is out of stock, including materials like straws and cups. This is definitely not the Tim Hortons to be supporting Replying to owners reply: I have already contacted customer support and have actually spoke with the owner directly, complaint was dismissed and not treated seriously which was very disheartening considering it was an abuse of personnel :(

The drive through is always a long, very long wait time. To take the order need to wait for 10-15 minutes, then at the cash need to wait to receive the order itself. But today was the worst visit, will never comeback to this location. The worst part, they made fun of me that I am getting anxious after 5 minutes of waiting after the payment, while I see that one of the employees just stand and chat with a visitor instead of serving the paid order.

Went to Tim's on Gaten-boucher in St Hubert Quebec.Had given my Tim's card to pay for my donut and coffee cause I had enoughr points but the drive thru person swiped my card and charged me for both.I was also in the phone at the time and wasn't paying attention.It should have been only $2.05 but was charged for both .Noticed lated the points came off my card meaning she took coffee payment and put into her tips cup . I'm sure this happens a lot at several locations.

I had a really disappointing experience at Tim Hortons. There were only three cars in the drive-thru line, including mine, so I expected things to move quickly—but that definitely wasn’t the case.
