Service was very slow. Ordered pizza and it tasted horrible, unlike the other Tim horton.

One customer took 15 minutes to serve what kind of service is this most terrible experience I ever had in Tim hortons across Canada this location must be closed or stuff replaced and retrained how to deal with customers shame of them

The SLOWEST Tim Hortons. When you go inside, the manager is on the cash and the other employees and bagging and giving out the orders. Makes no sense. They have no idea what they're doing and take 20 minutes to put an order out.

Coffee is always made wrong (tastes extremely low quality), arrives cold no matter how fast the delivery driver is. Got something crunchy in my food that’s not meant to have something that crunches and immediately spit it out, had to use medicine to help my severe upset stomach afterwards. Consistently uses the wrong breading for my wraps and doesn’t even add a decent amount of an ingredient like eggs (less than a handful of eggs in a wrap with about two and a half handfuls), same item I ordered too, just the wrong breading and a horrible amount of an ingredient to make it reasonable. Has very bad cup holders for unpredictable delivery drivers carefulness. Always gets my coffee almost spilling over or my food is splashed with coffee like it rained in the bag. I’d rather have a full cup of coffee (that is made good) than use those weak little compost paper cup holders that don’t do a thing other than making my coffee feel like it’s in a rollercoaster and getting those paper flakes everywhere. Eggs are ALWAYS overcooked.

Typical Tim's. Not appealing, only go when someone else wants to get a coffee. I stick with tea, less likely to get messed up

Everytime I go here coffee is good, people are nice and cream cheese is generous on bagels
