I received a coffee with the lid not secured properly at drive thru and the hot coffee ended up on my hand, causing a burn and over all my clothes in my car I am requesting an investigation of this incident and follow-up from management. Thursday May 14 Arround 3pm or 3:10

Bought a medium french vanilla. There was no vanilla and certainly no french. Will not go again

Very quick service coffee was awesome, the old ppl sitting around us was nice especially hearing their laughter☺️ and I rolled up a free coffee ☕️

The visual communication in this space is actively detrimental. Signs pointing to specific departments lead to dead ends, and outdated notices are left pasted over current instructions. This creates immediate cognitive overload for anyone trying to navigate the building. A facility audit to remove contradictory information is desperately needed.
