Maria the « boss » is VERY rude. Without any reason she speaks to the customers with disrespect. We come every morning with the same order. Normally she is laughing with us and knows our order before we even speak. This time we asked to verify if the sandwich had bacon and she rudely replied « it’s turkey ». The tims club has bacon, we wanted to ensure that we would NOT be getting that one. Yesterday at the same drive through, we ordered our iced chai latte and she corrected us rudely again saying that we are not saying it correctly and it’s a chai glacé. Today we tried to tell her at the window that we didn’t appreciate her tone as we’ve been coming here every morning for 2 years and wanting to verify simple food allergies and restrictions. We were speaking in French and then switched to English (as bilingual Quebecers) and she said she doesn’t speak English. When she has been for 1 year with us. Without any apology she is raising her voice at us and has zero remorse. Her whole body was outside the winder. I told her as someone who worked her EXACT job, that typically the manager is here to come and deescalate, apologize and fix the problem not to make it worse. Instead she said « sorry, are you happy now ». This is unacceptable behaviour coming from a manager, especially when Wednesday this week there was a screaming match inside the Tim’s.
