Unfortunately, I had a bad experience. There was a hair inside the coffee I received. This is not acceptable from a hygiene standpoint. I have also added a photo. I hope more attention is given to cleanliness and quality control.

There's a 75% chance they'll get ur order wrong every time! They won't ever forget to charge you tho! There's only 1 employee who actually does the orders phenomenally, and I wish I knew his name because he's holding this whole place on his shoulders.

Maria the « boss » is VERY rude. Without any reason she speaks to the customers with disrespect. We come every morning with the same order. Normally she is laughing with us and knows our order before we even speak. This time we asked to verify if the sandwich had bacon and she rudely replied « it’s turkey ». The tims club has bacon, we wanted to ensure that we would NOT be getting that one. Yesterday at the same drive through, we ordered our iced chai latte and she corrected us rudely again saying that we are not saying it correctly and it’s a chai glacé. Today we tried to tell her at the window that we didn’t appreciate her tone as we’ve been coming here every morning for 2 years and wanting to verify simple food allergies and restrictions. We were speaking in French and then switched to English (as bilingual Quebecers) and she said she doesn’t speak English. When she has been for 1 year with us. Without any apology she is raising her voice at us and has zero remorse. Her whole body was outside the winder. I told her as someone who worked her EXACT job, that typically the manager is here to come and deescalate, apologize and fix the problem not to make it worse. Instead she said « sorry, are you happy now ». This is unacceptable behaviour coming from a manager, especially when Wednesday this week there was a screaming match inside the Tim’s. The worst tim horton ever.. morning service is ok.. but evening what happened? Takes so long employees talking without caring about orders first.

Couple trash every now and then on the floor but it's only like a straw or a wrapper, nothing much. Employees are so nice and I really wanna come back again. The Tim-Matin is one of my favorites, the tasteful bacon in it is amazing!!
