Very slow staff
Always a problem at this location in the afternoons. Coffee is NEVER fresh, or there’s a problem with the cream dispenser- coffee with 2 cream should be light in colour. We come daily only because it’s near to my daughter’s place of work. The employee Sylvain, ( older bald man) is most unpleasant. Very rude- zero customer service. This should really be addressed. Timmy’s advertising says coffee fresh every 20 min. Definitely NOT at this location. They should observe the one in chateaugua , never a problem there…. I’d give a negative rating if it was an option. I’ve been in customer service 25+ years- NEVER have I dealt or spoken to a client in the manner this Sylvain guy did.
Would give 0 stars if it was an option. I just passed through the drive, an old miserable man named sylvian served me, extremely rude. I returned my coffee due to it not being fresh, I come daily to Tim’s and your advertisement is fresh coffee very 20 minutes, he gave me a hard time to change the coffee saying I always complain. I complain because I’m paying for coffee that’s not drinkable. The service was not acceptable and if he’s the manager should be demoted from that position immediately. I would never recommend this location but I come because I work nearby. This situation must be resolved. Absolutely not acceptable.
This is a very good Tim Hortons. However, there is one employee working at the drive through that has 0 customer service skills.She seems to be irritated whenever she doesn’t understand a customer’s order. No sorries or excuse me, just a bunch of “Quoi, quoi quoi” or “Je comprends rien”. Your job is to ensure that you understand what the customer is ordering. If your headset isn’t working well, don’t take your anger out on the customers. Rest of the workers are great!
I genuinely think this is the best Tims in all of Canada in terms of food and quality, HOWEVER, a worker with the “Matti” she was soooo incredibly rudee. Their drive through may have had a issue or whatever she asked us to come in front and in the most rudest meanest attitude she goes “quoi” while making a face to a point her colleague had to come and take over. Not sure if she is new or what, but hey tims location owner. LOOOK BIG BIG at alllll your reviews she is your location’s big big problem. EVERYONE has issues with her. Train her please or give her a reality check. Being rude to paying and nice customers will lose you business This is my only bad experience and with this specific employee. I truly hope the location looks into this and cleans up her act, because literally the only decent tims left in all of greater mtl area and this is really sad.
As reveiwed earlier by Madison, a lady working here is very rude. She doesn't listen first and then get rude if you have to tell her again the same thing.
There are only a few good workers at this establishment, especially the older man who works nights now, he is great, however there is a really rude woman in the morning that shut the window on my boyfriend after he asked for a straw, then proceeded to walk away, the woman with dark skin and braids, who BY THE WAY, did not give me my change, I ordered a large black ice coffee and large French vanilla which came to 7.72 and she never returned with the straw or my change. Horrible service
There are from my view 6 employees walking the floor but not one has made eye contact or said one word of acknowledgment to the line that is growing behind me. Busy does not excuse rudeness. Retraining is needed.
